Editorial rankings, scoring, and review content are not affected by commercial relationships. Our editorial team operates with full independence from our business team. We decline sponsorships from tools that fail our published evaluation criteria. Sponsored tools never appear in algorithmic top-positions on quizzes or recommendation engines.
In accordance with the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides:
- Material connections are disclosed at the point of occurrence (inline near each affiliate link), not only in fine print at the bottom of a page.
- Disclosure language is in plain English: “Sponsored link. We may earn a commission.”
- We do not require readers to scroll or hover to see disclosures.
- Sponsored content (when used) is labeled as such above the fold of the section.
For visitors from the European Economic Area and the UK: affiliate links are commercial communications under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive. We disclose at the point of occurrence and store no PII beyond standard server logs (anonymized after 30 days).
